Emma Weighill-Baskerville

Emma Weighill-Baskerville is Chief Commercial Officer with over 20 years’ experience working across NHS, third-sector and corporate health care services.

Originally trained as a psychotherapist (UKCP) and CBT therapist (BABCP), Emma began her career in frontline clinical roles before moving into senior operational and commercial leadership.

She has spent much of her career designing, improving and scaling health services that work better for both patients and commissioners - combining clinical understanding with practical delivery, service transformation and commercial strategy.

Emma is passionate about building health services that are accessible, high quality, and genuinely centred around the people who use them.
